What we do...
We work in professional kitchens on a beautiful farm in Hertfordshire, with a young and motivated team to provide the very best in catering and event design.
All our dishes are prepared from scratch, working with the seasons and sourcing the best ingredients as locally as possible. We make all our own bread, the pastry for every tiny canape and are constantly exploring new ideas for our menus.
Food apart, we understand the importance of exceptional service and our well-trained team of staff are renowned for their smart appearance, charm and efficiency, not only at the event itself, but in those all-important planning days.
We also offer a professional party planning and
co-ordination service and have a reputation for our can-do attitude and attention to detail.
All our dishes are designed to exceed expectations on every level. Each menu is unique and tailor-made to suit the occasion, whether it be a garden party, a wedding or party in a marquee, a ball for 500 or an intimate dinner at home. We love what we do -and we think this shows!
